Use of personal data

Personal data is used to complete the purchase or the service in connection with which the information is collected, e.g. registration as a customer, issuing of our newsletters, downloading of pdf, and submitting contact forms, etc. We use your information to follow up on your enquiry. Furthermore, the information is used to learn more about you and other users of the website. This may include surveys and analyses that are aimed at enhancing our products and services.

Personal data is never disclosed to third parties unless you expressly grant permission in this regard, and we never collect personal data unless you yourself have provided this information at registration, when making a purchase or participating in a survey, etc. In such cases, information concerning name, company or organisation, address, postcode, email, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of different topics is collected.

We store personal data in the following systems:

Especially regarding Civil Registration Numbers (CPR numbers) We do not collect your civil registration number without your specific consent, and only if it is necessary information to be able to identify you in connection with e.g. tax and accounting matters or obligations we have. If you have consented to us storing your civil registration number in connection with e.g. driving registration, it is sent to us in encrypted form and stored confidentially in our archives. We store your civil registration number for at least 5 years for accounting reasons, after which it is deleted.

Protection of personal data

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We save your personal data on computers and servers with restricted access and located in controlled facilities. Our security measures are continually checked to determine whether our user information is being managed properly, while always being subject to consideration of your rights as a user. This website uses SSL, which means that the communication between you and our website is encrypted. We are unable, however, to guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data via the internet. This means that there is a risk that unauthorized persons may be able to forcefully obtain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Personal data is thus submitted at your own risk.

Personal data is deleted or made anonymous on an ongoing basis as and when the purpose of its collection has expired. Information in our CRM system will be deleted after 3 years of inactivity. The rapid development of the internet means that revisions in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and revise these guidelines regarding the processing of personal data. If we do this, then we will of course amend the date of “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant revisions, we will notify you of this in the form of a visible notification on our websites.

Right to see the information

In the event that personal data on you is processed, you are entitled pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to receive notice concerning any personal data that can be assigned to you.

Right to rectification

In the event that processed information or data on you proves to be incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that this information or data be rectified, deleted or blocked.

Right to erasure

You can at any time retract your consent or ask us to export your data.

Right to take exception

You can complain about the processing of information and data on you. Complaints should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
